We hereby ask you to issue a letter of authorization for the withdrawal of the container (s) in reference to the corresponding Module, and we promise to return it in the conditions in which we received it, obliging us to cover costs that are caused by any loss, damage or breakdown suffered. In the event that the container at the expiration of the term applied by the Shipping line and that begins to run from the date of unloading, we expressly undertake to pay CMA CGM ECUADOR S.A. The overstay of the container (s) according to the shipping line rate, the same one that we declare to know.

In the event that the container enters the deposit, this communication will suffice for you to recover the container in cases of over-stay, forcing me to inform of this my obligation, to such deposit and in case of omission, you must compensate in the terms above exposed.

For the collection of any amount resulting from damages, I resign my address, and this communication must be taken as sufficient commercial proof of the obligations that are imputed. Likewise, I waive any exception that may favor me by expressly accepting that I am charged for the amounts owed.
