e Letter of Indemnity (LOI) – Registration Process

Dear Valued Customer,

Please note our newly launched e LOI feature makes it easy for you to generate and transmit LOIs online from our E-Business platform.

The e LOI must be generated online by the respective shipper / consignee on the bill of lading (as per the usual practice).

Through the eSignature feature, you no longer must physically sign & submit hard copy documents,

Note: To avail this facility register on CMA CGM E-Business platform is a perquisite.
