Sign your LOI documents electronically with My CMA CGM!

As we continue to streamline our processes and grow our digital platform, we are developing new tools to better serve you. Through the online LOI eSignature feature on the CMA CGM website, shippers will no longer have to sign and mail hard copies of their documents. eLOIs have an eSignature functionality that allows shippers to sign an online document and send it directly to the agent electronically. Customers can access the signed document at any time on the My CMA CGM dashboard.

TheCombined Transport bill of lading (CTBL/BLD)is a multimodal service that CMA CGM associates with all its regular lines to the five (5) continents regardless of the origin of the freight. The Group offers its expertise in all African countries, including Mali, with several thousand containers being shipped to areas that are sometimes very remote by the most suitable means of transport.

Each consignment is accompanied by a single document covering the multimodal transport of the goods from the place of pick-up to the final destination. The container is tracked in real time step by step thanks to dedicated software connected to the CMA CGM Group's IT network.

The CTBL is a benefit package that includes:

• Maritime transport from FOB departure until under hoist at the transit port;
• Land handling at the port of discharge;
• formalities for transit at the port of discharge;
• The loading of the container on means of evacuation;
• Forwarding to the final place of deliver;
• But above all, multimodal transport without breaking the load.

Consignment under CTBL is essentially a matter of documentation and communication. A fast and correct documentation ensures a prompt shipment of containers.
