DANGEROUS GOODS APPLICATION:
Hazardous booking request form to be sent per UN / MSDS item is required to be accompanied with the DG booking being made online sent to our booking desk.
We will then integrate and seek the approval or rejection based on IMDG regulations with our SSC team in INDIA and with PARTNER vessel’s if in the case of VSA. If any further information is required we will inform customers accordingly. Upon approval we will issue release order and booking confirmation
Our current SLA for CMA vessels are 8 Business hours and for Partners is 72 Business hours.
Haz Approval delays can result from:
-> Insufficient information at booking request stage.
-> Missing information.
-> Missing Feedback.
-> Amendments.
-> Many approvals required due to many transshipment ports involved.

We will require the Hazardous packing Declaration as the 2nd approval, since this document must match the Dangerous goods application which can be sent to the Cargo readiness teams for facilitation with Cargo Ops Team.
We also appreciate if there is an after hours contact number provided for each Haz booking requested for any issues.
**** IMPORTANT ****
- PD should be sent PER container,
- All columns to be completed
- Column 20 / 22 should be stamped and signed on return.
- All weights on PD should reflect same of which was booked and approved

SHIPPER OWNED CONTAINERS (SOC) PROCEDURES
Declaration form to be completed by Shipper before we can accept SOC bookings Container number to be sent to CMA CGM booking desk prior to stacks opening.
Please note the following:
=> Seaworthy and ISO standard
=> Valid CSC plate affixed
=> A Contaner / identification Prefix and number must be prominently displayed on all sides and must correspond to what is displayed on the CSC plate.
