Notice to Clients - RELEASE ORDER
Dear customers,
We update our procedures for RELEASE of EMPTY EQUIPMENT, effective as of: 05/03/2021.
From the aforementioned date, when generating your Booking on our website://www.cceth.com/local/argentinathrough CLICK & BOOK, you must Enter the tentative DATE of withdrawal of empty container from Terminal.
Once the reservation process is completed, the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION will be automatically generated.
This document will allow you to check the conditions required for your shipment (Eg: Port of Loading (POL), Port of Destination (POD), Type of Container, etc.).
Later, you will be receiving the RELEASE ORDER via E-MAIL (in the boxes registered for this purpose), where you will be told which TERMINAL you should go to to remove the empty equipment. According to the designated Terminal, you should proceed as follows:
a) If Hiperbaires is designated: DRY Team: ➢ By E-MAIL:Mailturnos@hiperbaires.com
Go to said Terminal at the time available for delivery of empty containers.
They will have an internal notification from CMA CGM, where they are authorized to release.

The Terminal will have an internal notification from CMA CGM, where the release is authorized. With this new procedure for coordinating delivery through AGENDA, optimization of waiting times is sought.
