Peak Season Surcharge to LTAM & Caribbean

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised CMA CGM will implement a Peak Season surcharge for all dry exports from San Antonio & Callao to Latin America and Caribbean.

As per effective dates mentioned below, this surcharge is applicable to all tariff and service contract rates with short term validity (quarterly rates – 3 months) falling under the following scope:

CLSAI & PECLL	Latam & Caribbean except EC, CO, PA, BR, AR, PR, UY, PR, U.S. VI	September 1st, 2021	USD 300 per container
	EC, CO, PA, BR, AR, PR, UY, PR, U.S. VI	September 17th , 2021

Applicable to any Port of discharge of listed defined group zones of Discharge and inland points via said zones:

• EAST COAST CENTRAL AMERICA (ECCA) & CARIBBEAN GROUP
• EAST COAST SOUTH AMERICA (ECSA)
• NORTH COAST SOUTH AMERICA (NCSA)
• FRENCH GUYANA
• FRENCH WEST INDIES
• LEEWARD
• MEXICO EAST COAST
• WEST COAST SOUTH AMERICA (WCSA)
• WINDWARD ISLANDS
