Customer Notice – Booking window and equipment release optimization
Dear valued customers,
in our goal to continuously improve service level, we will implement measures to adjust movements of containers according to vessel ETD.
Consequently, empty container pick-up and release orders dispatch date will be revised to match actual vessel ETD.

This shall help optimizing flows from depots/yards to your premises and then from your premises to terminals at time of gate-in.
In parallel, booking window will be opened for next 8 weeks sailings, to give sufficient time for anticipation while aiming for a minimum level of booking amendments.
Service Level Agreements already in place will continue to be observed, and even improved whenever possible.
