Myanmar Compliance Booking Procedure

CMA CGM wishes to inform its customers about two changes regarding theMyanmar booking procedure. These two amendments are effective immediately:

• No more LOI* requested for shipment to/from Myanmar,
• Specific rules for 4 Specially Designated Nationals Banks under OFAC General License, allowing transactions with these entities under conditionsto be checked with your local agent:

1. Asia Green Development Bank,
2. Ayeyarwady Bank,
3. Myanma Economic Bank, and
4. Myanma Investment and Commercial Bank.
