Libreville exports: Empty Repositioning Surcharge
Due to a severe lack of equipment in Libreville, Gabon for export cargo, and as situation is expected to continue further, CMA CGM informs its customers of the implementation of anEmpty Repositioning Surcharge (ERS)that will enable the repositioning of all necessary empty equipment to meet the growing demand.
The scope of application of theEmpty Repositioning Surcharge (ERS)is as follows and until further notice:
- Effective January 19th, 2019 (B/L date). Except for FMC trade: January 21st, 2019
- Exports from Libreville, Gabon to worldwide destinations
- Quantum: USD 50 per 40' and 40'HC
