Drop off proceedure
We are pleased to inform about our new procedureto obtain the turn-in reference numbers for the drop-off of empty containers. You will be able to use thestandardized form, allowing you to easily request your turn-in reference numbers –not only for a single drop-off location, but individually for various container depots. After submitting, your drop-off request will be automatically transferred and processed. Withinjust four hoursafter submitting, you will already have received your turn-in reference numbers.

Please note that this procedure is mandatory, and no container will be accepted at the depots without any turn-in reference numbers. If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact our import department of CMA CGM.
Lost BL procedure
CMA CGM has put in place a procedure which guarantees the rights of the shipper, but which allows you to clear without the OBL.
