BOOKING CANCELLATION FEE
Dear Valued Customer,
To maintain the integrity and reliability of our services, as well as to ensure equipment and space utilization, please be informed that we will be implementing a booking cancellation fee.
Booking Cancellation Fee will apply for below cases:
- No-show after booking confirmation
- Request to amend booking ETD to a non-available sailing date
- Request to amend booking ETD to a sailing date without available allocation
- Cancellation request following a booking ETD amendment
- Cancellation request at less than 7 days before the actual vessel sailing date
Effective Date: 1ST December 2021

Reefer levels applicable for Special Containers
If facing any issue under carrier responsibility to proceed with your booking, please raise it before vessel sailing. Failure to do so will be considered a no show and subject to cancellation fees.
