Your Booking and Shipping summary print are available on line from Booking and Shipping Instructions requests.
Complete the different steps in the booking or Shipping Instructions form. Final Step before submitting, check your data in the screen or print your draft summary by clicking on thePrintbutton.
After submitting your booking or SI you can print your request summary by clicking onAction/Print.
