VESSEL SCHEDULE

ASYCUDA

  • Manifest is submitted 24-48 hours prior vessel arrival and all information/modification need to be updated before submission.
  • Asycuda清单将年代注册号ent via email as soon as manifest is submitted.

DEMURRAGE AND DETENTION

  • Our Demurrage and Detention is payable to Veconitner. Please contact them on 226-3492.
  • Demurrage and detention tariffscan be accessed via CMA CGM website
  • Veconinter stamp confirming payment settled to be obtained prior to collecting delivery document

RELEASE

  • Delivery documents (Lien Cancel) can only be released against presentation of OBL/Waybill release/Telex release
  • Waybill = Express release

  • No Cash Policy
  • Payment methods accepted -Wire Transfers, Certified Cheques, Direct Deposits.
  • Rate of Exchange varies daily

LOST OBL PROCEDURE

The below list of documents are required to complete lost OBL procedure and for delivery to be granted

  • Bank guarantee
  • Circumstance of loss of the Original B/L on company’s letterhead
  • Packing list and invoice
  • 托运人授权书(签字a management position who can accept liability for shipment)
  • LOI Lost Direct Delivery to be signed by consignee (signed by a management position who can accept liability for shipment)

AMENDMENT TO ASYCUDA AFTER VESSEL REGISTRATION:

All changes requested after vessel registration are subject to amendment fee of USD$70.


Change in Consignee

  • Letter from Consignee Renouncing shipment
  • Letter of Acceptance from new consignee
  • LOI from Shipper confirming reason for change
  • Acceptance of amendment fee

Change in Weight/Piece count/Seal Number

  • LOI to be completed by responsible party
  • Acceptance of amendment fee
  • Full seal reference must be available on the BL before manifest submission to avoid examination and additional charges.
