JOB DESCRIPTION
职位:销售主管
DEPARTMENT : COMMERCIAL, CMA CGM LOGISTICS
REPORTING TO : SALES MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for sales activities and keep good relationship with customers
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act on action plans produced by Sales Action Planning including understanding contract terms and conditions of the customer
- Regular customer contact by phone, emails, entertainment or visits when appropriate
- Update knowledge of customer’s needs and requirements the business situation, their market/industry information, their buying and sourcing patterns (booking prospects), pricing policies, competitors activities, customer allocation, equipment and logistics etc,
- Provide regular updates on network and service product via product brochures and presentations
- Update customers on company policy and act on conference initiatives when appropriate
- Review customers feedback on service quality
- Register customer complaints in complaints log book and action as and when required with feedback to customer
- Support and assist on issues that arise
- Ensure customer complaints are promptly addressed and corrected by discussion with concerned parties
- Manage all customer interface activities and ensure that they are handled efficiently
- Selling Cargo insurance
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Level of Qualification:
- Fresh Graduate or with working experience in shipping/forwarding industry
- Minimum Bachelor Degree / University graduated
Professional Skills:
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent presentation
- Knowledge shipping / forwarding industry
Personal Qualities:
- Good interpersonal communication
- Assertive and tactful
- Highly motivated, result oriented individual
