JOB DESCRIPTION

职位:销售主管

DEPARTMENT : COMMERCIAL, CMA CGM LOGISTICS

REPORTING TO : SALES MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for sales activities and keep good relationship with customers


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act on action plans produced by Sales Action Planning including understanding contract terms and conditions of the customer
  • Regular customer contact by phone, emails, entertainment or visits when appropriate
  • Update knowledge of customer’s needs and requirements the business situation, their market/industry information, their buying and sourcing patterns (booking prospects), pricing policies, competitors activities, customer allocation, equipment and logistics etc,
  • Provide regular updates on network and service product via product brochures and presentations
  • Update customers on company policy and act on conference initiatives when appropriate
  • Review customers feedback on service quality
  • Register customer complaints in complaints log book and action as and when required with feedback to customer
  • Support and assist on issues that arise
  • Ensure customer complaints are promptly addressed and corrected by discussion with concerned parties
  • Manage all customer interface activities and ensure that they are handled efficiently
  • Selling Cargo insurance

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Level of Qualification:

  • Fresh Graduate or with working experience in shipping/forwarding industry
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree / University graduated

Professional Skills:

  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent presentation
  • Knowledge shipping / forwarding industry

Personal Qualities:

  • Good interpersonal communication
  • Assertive and tactful
  • Highly motivated, result oriented individual
